I called in to get some information on a ticket that I received some years back. I spoke with a lady named Ms Moreland that says she's the Deputy Clerk. After she asked me several different questions she stated that she would call me back. I asked her if she could find the information that I was requesting and she said she had to look it up. I then told her that I had a few minutes I could wait. She says honey if you've waited all this time you can wait another 30 minutes. I said excuse me. She said you heard me. I said ma'am you don't know what i have time to wait on. I then told her that she was very rude and she said no i'm not. we exchanged words and then she said well i tell you what, i will give you a call back Monday. I eventually hung up. I called back and asked for her name and her supervisors name, she gave it to me in a nonchalant picking type of manner and asked if i wanted the chief of police number as well. I said no and that I she is very nasty and I hate that they have someone like her answering the phone. She KNOWS that nothing is going to happen to her which is why she was so willing and cheerful to give me her immediate supervisor's name. IT DOESN'T MATTER HOW LONG AGO I RECEIVED A TRAFFIC VIOLATION, IT DOESN'T REQUIRE DISRESPECT FROM A CLERK THAT ANSWERS THE PHONE. MY EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE AND EVEN THOUGH I'M WRITING THIS, I KNOW THAT NOTHING WILL HAPPEN TO HER. IT'S EXTREMELY SAD!
